PinPoint 1.0.2 fixes and enhancements:

- Fixed a bug with latitude and longitude entry in 'initial position' (Tools>Options>GPS).
- Fixed an issue with antenna gain calculation in PHG
- Added support to correct PHG packets for folks who manually inadevertently put PHGD in their packet rather than throwing it away
- When a node in the Last Heard window is expanded, it will stay expanded even if it is updated by a new report.
- Support for PHGR (rate/probes) added (APRS 1.2 spec)
- Some text additions and changes
- Added support for snowfall reporting in WX data (complete weather reports only)
- Added radio range calculation per APRS 1.1 spec (use half of APRS 1.0 range)
- Added drawing of radio range circles around stations (See Tools>Options>Map) and automatic cleanup
- Added 'collapse all nodes' option when right clicking on Misc. reports, Position reports or Weather reports heading in Last Heard tree.
